Chris Morgan is a live sporting event Master of Ceremonies known for his naturally deep voice and impressive three-octave vocal range. Growing up on boxing and professional wrestling, he channels that high-energy showmanship into his announcing style, performing in large arenas across the UK, including Wembley Arena, the O2 and Birmingham NEC most regularly with Legacy Cheer and Dance.
He began his emcee career as a London pub quizmaster and sharpened his crowd-working skills while teaching high-energy fitness classes as a personal trainer, from spin and LBT to trampoline-based cardio. Chris has recently added wedding celebrancy to his repertoire.
A committed martial artist training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling, Chris brings an authentic understanding of combat sports culture and intensity to his work. With his commanding presence and big-fight voice, he is a natural fit for ring announcing and combat sports events.
Under the DJ moniker Jean Frais, he has played the London circuit since age 19, appearing at festivals including Glastonbury and Bestival, clubs in Berlin, and numerous weddings and corporate events. His signature sound blends 80s and 80s-inspired funk, soul, disco, and house, but he’s equally ready to light up the floor with 90s and 00s R&B, as well as old-school hip-hop and boom bap.
